Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
- chicken drumsticks or bone/skinless thighs
- ⅓ c plain yogurt
- 1 T ginger paste
- 1 T garlic paste
- 1 T Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ t turmeric
- 1 t garam masala
- 1½ t salt
- 1 T dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 T lemon juice

Step 1
If using drums, remove skin. Use paper towels to pat dry chicken. On drums, make 3 slits on the meat.

Create marinade by mixing together all ingredients except the lemon juice, which should be last to top the chicken. Marinate at least 20 min, up to 24 hrs.

Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 350F for at least 5 min. Spray with oil lightly.

Step 4
Air fry drums for 15 min, boneless thighs for 20, flipping halfway through for each.
