Asian Pickled Carrots

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, or bag of pre-julienned/shredded carrots
  • ½ c rice vinegar
  • ¼ c white sugar
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 t salt

To serve

Lasts up to 1 week.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Peel, then julienne or shred carrots.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk all other ingredients together. Add carrots to a jar, pour liquid over. Mix well.
