Banana Flax Muffins
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- ½ t vanilla
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T brown sugar
Dry ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ c ground flaxseed
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Line muffin tin with liners.

Whisk wet ingredients together.

Whisk dry ingredients together.

Step 4
Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined.

Step 5
Bake at 425F for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F without opening door, bake another 20 minutes.
