Boiled Chicken
Ingredients
- Water
- Broths/boullions
- apple cider/vinegar
- white wine
- onion wedges
- carrot
- celery
- garlic
- herbs/poultry seasoning
- salt
- lemon juice/peels

Step 1
Add chicken and flavorings to pot. Add water cold, enough to cover chicken. ~4c of water to ~1lb boneless, skinless breast. 3.5t salt.

Step 2
Turn heat to medium to medium-high, bringing the water to a gentle boil. Once the water starts to roll, cover with lid. Anywhere between 5-15 min for small to large breasts, averaging about 10 minutes. Check thermometer to 165F. Let rest for 5 minutes before dicing.
