Ingredients

Balsamic Reduction Glaze

  • ½ c balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T brown sugar

Pizzas

  • 4 mini Naan
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar to a small saucepot. Over medium heat, let come up to a simmer, and immediately reduce to low to continue simmering for 10 minutes. Whisk often until thickened.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet in parchment paper. Prep tomatoes and basil by slicing.

  3. Step 3

    Pre-bake naan for 2-4 minutes. Remove, top with cheese and tomato, and bake another 7 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

  4. Step 4

    When pizzas are out, slice the basil, top with salt and pepper, basil, and glaze.
