Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 c (packed) Italian Parsley
  • ¼ c (packed) cilantro
  • ½ c olive oil
  • ⅓ c red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ t red pepper flakes
  • ½ t cumin
  • ½ t salt
  • pinch of chipotle powder

To serve

Goes great on steak or pork chops

    Puree in food processor.
