- however many ears of corn
- 1 t chili powder or Tajin
- ½ c crumbled cotija
- fresh cilantro
Cream sauce
- ⅔ c mayonnaise
- ⅔ c sour cream
- ½ t garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 400F.

Step 2
Combine cream sauce ingredients together.

Step 3
Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast until corn is soft, about 35-40 minutes. Roast with husk on.

Peel down husks, spread with cream mix. Serve immediately, garnish with chili powder/Tajin, cotija, and cilantro.
