Garlic Parmesan Orzo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked orzo
  • ½ c butter, cubed
  • 3 t minced garlic
  • ½ c grated Parmesan
  • ¼ c milk
  • 2 T minced fresh parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • ¼ t pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook orzo according to directions. Wash/prepare/mince parlsey.

  2. Step 2

    In large skillet (our 10-12" cast iron), saute garlic in butter over med-low heat.

  3. Step 3

    Add orzo, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.
