Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- ½ c water
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1½ T butter
- 1 T maple syrup or honey
- ¼ t salt
Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted, turn heat up to med-high and bring to boil.

Step 2
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, cook for 8 minutes until carrots tender.

Step 3
Remove lid, turn heat to high, cook until water is evaporated and carrots are glazed. Salt and pepper to taste.
