Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1 t dried rosemary
- ½ t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 2 T oil
- 1½ lb pork tenderloin
To serve
Cools quickly, suggested to be last thing done cooking and served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 400F. Add all ingredients except pork to a small bowl, mix well.

Step 2
Rub herb mix over the entire tenderloin, including underside. Place on baking sheet (possibly on a rack on a sheet).

Step 3
Bake 35 minutes. Let rest* before slicing and serving.
