Honey Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients
Marinade
- ½ c balsamic vinegar
- ¼ c soy
- ½ c honey
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 garlic
- 2 t minced fresh ginger
- 2 T chopped scallions
- ½ t salt
- chicken thighs
Cornstarch slurry
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
Instructions

Step 1
Add all marinade ingredients to a ziploc bag with chicken. Marinade for 2 hours minimum.

Step 2
Shake off excess marinade, and bake the chicken, using a rack for extra crispiness.

Place marinade reserve in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Step 4
In a small cup, make the cornstarch slurry. Add to the boiling marinade glaze and whisk constantly for 5 minutes. Upon serving the chicken, brush extra glaze on top.
