- pumpkin (canned)
- broccoli, cauliflower (steamed, lightly mashed)
- brussel sprouts (steamed)
- carrots (raw, whole, steamed, or mashed)
- celery
- green beans (raw or steamed)
- peas (boiled, mashed)
- spinach, lettuce, bok choi
- sweet potatoes (dehydrated, baked, or boiled)
- cooked rice
- string cheese
- cheddar cheese
Do not feed
- Grapes (and raisins)
- dried fruit
- pits, seeds, cores
- nuts
- Stone fruit (peaches, plum, apricot)
- avocado
- cherries
- Kiwis (can eat, but hassle to remove seeds and skin)
- tomato
- asparagus
- raw potato, green/sprouting potatoes, peels
- mushrooms
- onions, garlic
- Cabbage
- Corn cob
- Eggplant
- Beets
Instructions

Step 1
Fill kong with treats. A mix of foods and textures and solidity is good. Freeze with a straw through the center of the Kong to reduce chance of air pockets forming.
