Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 lb potatoes (gold or russet)
- milk
- room temp butter

Step 1
Peel potatoes, cut in large chunks. Place in pot, cover + 1" water. Salt like the ocean.

Bring to boil on high, reduce to ~med-high to keep at a boil, 12 minutes or until tender.
