Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ c ranch powder seasoning
  • 1 cup pesto
  • ½ c olive oil

Notes

Great for freezing, write instructions on bag for easy dinner. Great for a salad or pasta.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Add chicken and all marinade ingredients into bowl or ziploc bag. Marinate minimum 3-4 hours.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat oven to 400F. Place chicken (no marinade) in 9"x13" casserole dish. Bake 25-35 min.
