    Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place baking sheet in oven to preheat. Toss veggies in a touch of oil and salt and pepper.

    Spread veggies on baking sheet in SINGLE LAYER. Do not overcrowd.

    Broccoli: 18-20 min
    Brussels Sprouts: 25-30 min
    Butternut Squash: 18-20 min
    Carrots: 22-25 min
    Cauliflower: 25-30 min
    Corn: 15-20 min
    Mixed Frozen Veggies: 16-18 min
    Peas: 12-16 min
    Zucchini: 12-16 min
