Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 c (~6oz) drained roasted red bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 T lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t red pepper flakes
Instructions

Process all ingredients in food processor.
Serve with pita chips, veggies, or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.
