Simple Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash

Spices/Herbs

  • 1 T oil
  • ¼ t dried basil
  • ⅛ t dried oregano
  • ⅛ t garlic powder
  • ⅛ t salt
  • ⅛ t pepper
  • pinch of dried parsley
  • 1 T butter

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Peel carrots. Cut into rounds. Put in one bowl. Cut zucchini and yellow squash into half rounds. Put into separate bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Heat skillet over medium high, and let get very hot. Add oil.

  3. Step 3

    Add carrots and cook, ~2-3 min.Add squash and spices. Cook ~2-3 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Remove from heat, add butter and toss to melt and coat vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
