Snickerdoodle Blondie Brownies

Ingredients

Blondies

  • 1 c butter
  • 2 c light brown sugar
  • 4 t vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • ½ t cinnamon
  • 1 t baking powder
  • ¼ t baking soda

Cinnamon Sugar topping

  • 2 T white sugar
  • ½ t cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Melt butter. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Step

    In bowl, combine butter and brown sugar, mix with wooden spoon until combined. Add vanilla and whisked eggs. Mix until fully incorporated.

  3. Step

    Add the flour, baking powder and soda, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients and slowly mix until just combined. Batter will be slightly stiff.

  4. Step

    In 9x9 greased pan, line with parchment paper. Spoon batter into pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping on.

  5. Step

    Bake for 30-35 minutes. If in 8x8, do 40min+.
