Ingredients

  • 1 c rice vinegar
  • 1 c mirin
  • ½ c soy sauce
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless thighs

To serve

Can serve with broccoli drizzled in sesame oil, or go extra with gomaae.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    In sauce pan on medium, combine the marinade ingredients until sugar dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    Chop chicken into skewer-sized pieces as the sauce cools. Place 2/3 of the marinade + chicken into ziploc, let marinate 8 hours.

  3. Step 3

    Grill, serve with remaining nanbasu on the side for dipping.
